Prices above are not per person but for the rent of the whole villa and for accommodation only. There are no other guests who simultaneously rent the villa.The “price per night” concerns the individual days renting the villa after a full week rental.Except in the top season, it is possible to rent the villa just for a few days, so for less than a week. However, we then calculate a continuous period of at least 3 nights. Long-stay, winter vacation as wintering – hibernating, is also possible (4 weeks or more). Hibernate Prices are on request.You pay a down payment (deposit) of 40% of the rent, within 7 days after you receipt the confirmation. Only upon receipt of this payment the booking will be registered. There is a security bond of € 150,00. This amount will be returned within 10 days after the rental period and normal use of the villa. Exceptional use of the free Internet access, electricity or damage will be deducted. The remaining amount of 60% of the rent, together with the security deposit, must be paid and credited on our account at the latest 6 weeks before the first day of the booking period.Villa Cerah reserves the right to change its prices, except those in concluded agreements.
